Shipping policy

All products are made to order, which means your items are produced specifically for you once your order is placed.

Processing times:

• Apparel: Typically ships within 5–10 business days after printing, but production can take up to 15 business days during peak seasons.

• Posters: Usually print within 3–5 business days before shipping.

You’ll receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Multiple shipments:
If your order includes different types of products, they may ship separately at no extra cost to you.

Lost or delayed shipments:
If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 10 business days, please contact us at orders@quadlingual.com and we’ll help investigate or arrange a replacement when possible.
