Refund policy
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@quadlingual.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll replace the item at no additional cost if the claim is approved.
We cannot offer replacements or refunds for:

Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
If your package is lost in transit, reach out and we’ll work with our print partners to investigate or re-ship when possible.
